We are Beauty Rep, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 2810 N Church St, PMB 280964, Wilmington, Delaware 19802-4447 (“Beauty Rep,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Beauty Rep is a wholesale online platform where beauty brands connect with beauty practices. 

These General Website Terms of Service (the “Website Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public-facing portions of websites operated by Beauty Rep. This website is primarily informational and provides application forms for prospective brands and licensed medical practices (together, “Users”).

If you are approved to access Beauty Rep’s gated platform, your use of services on this platform is governed by additional and separate terms (e.g., Brand Terms of Service or Practice Terms of Service). In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and any gated terms applicable to approved users, the gated terms will control for use of the Platform.

This website is intended for business audiences and individuals at least 18 years of age. Beauty Rep operates a B2B environment for brands and licensed medical practices to connect directly with each other and is not a reseller. Consumer use is not intended. 

Browsing the public website does not create a platform account. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Beauty Rep may accept or deny applications at its sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, and compilations (collectively, “Content”) is owned by or licensed to Beauty Rep and protected by law. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAUTY REP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Website Terms or the website. Before filing any action, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through informal negotiations for at least thirty (30) days.

Beauty Rep may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these Website Terms.

13. International Users

Beauty Rep is headquartered in the United States and controls this website from the United States. If you access the website from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable. We do not represent that the website or Content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
