In practice, what do you actually spend the most time thinking about in your work?
I spend considerable time thinking about and working to improve our patients' experience and push for quality over quantity. I spend time getting to know our patients, and often they start to feel like extended family.

What’s one thing in aesthetics you think is misunderstood or overcomplicated?
More is not necessarily better. If you are constantly traumatizing and irritating your skin with multiple treatments or products it can be detrimental. It's good to give your skin a break and treat it gently.

During your expansion from one treatment room to a multi-room practice, what were the defining decisions along the way?
About 6 years ago, we scaled our practice exponentially. It has been a wild ride, but we have developed an exceptional team of healthcare professionals and support staff. This has allowed us to provide our patients with comprehensive aesthetics and wellness care.

Which skincare products and treatments are foundational in your current regimen?
I like SkinMedica TNS for rejuvenating and also SkinMedica HA5 for hydration.
When you think about the future of aesthetics, what are you paying closest attention to?
Biostimulation and metabolic aesthetics are the key.
