In practice, what do you actually spend the most time thinking about in your work?

I spend considerable time thinking about and working to improve our patients' experience and push for quality over quantity.  I spend time getting to know our patients, and often they start to feel like extended family.

More is not necessarily better.  If you are constantly traumatizing and irritating your skin with multiple treatments or products it can be detrimental.  It's good to give your skin a break and treat it gently.

About 6 years ago, we scaled our practice exponentially.  It has been a wild ride, but we have developed an exceptional team of healthcare professionals and support staff.  This has allowed us to provide our patients with comprehensive aesthetics and wellness care.

When you think about the future of aesthetics, what are you paying closest attention to?

Biostimulation and metabolic aesthetics are the key.
